The Megan Sydney Pay It Forward Fund

The Megan Sydney Pay It Forward Fund was established in November 2024. Its focus is on adult individuals with Down syndrome and their caregivers.

Donated funds to The Megan Sydney Fund will be used in two ways. Because Megan loved socializing and dancing, the Megan Sydney Fund will bring adults with Down syndrome in the Atlanta community together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day at an annual event in March (“Megan’s Party”).

As Megan developed Alzheimer’s in her 40s, the Megan Sydney Fund will sponsor education opportunities for parents, siblings, and caregivers about the increased risk of adult individuals with Down syndrome developing Alzheimer’s disease.

Thank you for your generous, tax-deductible donation in memory of Megan.

The Caroline Thome Angel Fund

Established in memory of sweet Caroline Thome, the Angel Fund was created to impact the lives of local families raising an individual with Down syndrome. Donating in memory of Caroline or a loved one is a meaningful way to honor their life and pay tribute to the individual and their family.

Your generous donation to the Angel Fund supports local families and self-advocates with camp scholarships, conferences, educational programming, social gatherings, and advocacy efforts to shift the narrative around Down syndrome. Thank you for your support and carrying on Caroline's legacy.
