How it Works

Transportation services can only be used to transport your child with Down syndrome to and from therapies or a doctor's appointment. Gigi's Playhouse's therapies are approved.
YOU MUST SIGN UP before accessing rides. To access rides, please contact Ellis Sheppard, Transportation Manager at Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS), at 770-677-9354 or esheppard@jfcsatl.org and identify yourself as a parent/guardian or an individual with Down syndrome. Once signed in, they will send all the information on how to book your ride.
Please allow one week for registration before starting rides.
Rider must be at least 18 years old to ride alone. Riders younger than 18 years old need a parent or guardian accompanying them.
All voicemail messages and emails will be returned within 48 hours.
If the client cannot utilize Lyft/Uber rides through our partnership with On The Go, JF&CS will engage alternative transportation partners.
Each rider will have an account with an allotted amount. Once that amount runs out, the rider will need special permission from DSAA to refill their account. You can contact us at info@dsaatl.org.
Please know that JF&CS will share all the necessary data collected with DSAA.

Cómo funciona
